Shipping Procedures at Easy Living Health


Shipping Information
 
* Free Shipping Does Not Apply to Orders Shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Please contact our sales department for sales to Alaska or Hawaii.
 

Domestic Shipping
 
Easy Living Health offers free shipping on any order of $99 or more within the continent consisting of the 48 continuous States of the United States and not exceeding 3 pounds.
 
We use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail, Federal Express Ground and UPS - United Postal Service for our shipping needs. Each provider is considered equal by Easy Living Health and our customers can expect delivery of their orders 5 to 8 business days after submitting an order. Please note, if your order qualifies for free shipping, we will choose the shipping option.
 
Email communications are used by Easy Living Health for confirmations of each order and updates regarding shipping and tracking information. If you have placed an order with Easy Living Health, please ensure your email server is configured to allow delivery of emails from Easy Living Health. It is our customer's responsibility to view and review the confirmation email for accuracy. Notify Easy Living Health immediately of any errors with your order. Easy Living Health will not be responsible for errors on orders discovered after the order has been shipped.
 
Guidelines: Here are a few other guidelines we have regarding shipping:





-- Your order will be processed on the first business day following the receipt of your order.
 
   
-- There is no free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Please email your order specifications to our Sales Department and dependent on weight. a shipping quote will be generated for you. As a general rule, orders weighing less than 3 pounds will be assessed a flat rate of $6.95. Orders over 3 pounds will be quoted on a per order basis.
 
-- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
-- Any order valued at $99 or more is automatically shipped with a Signature Required. If you or someone you appoint are not going to be at the shipping address to legally sign for, and take responsibility of, the package when the delivery person arrives, a notice will be left. After 2 attempts of delivery the package will generally be kept at your local post office for up to 15 days. If unclaimed, it should be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the returned package, we can either refund the original credit card used subject to all shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee. We can re-ship the package for which additional shipping and handling charges will apply.
 
If you would like to waive the delivery signature requirement, please note your intention to waive this requirement in the Ordering Instructions Box" portion of the order form. If you waive the signature, Easy Living Health always refers, depends and relies upon the delivery contractors confirmation of delivery.
 
-- Orders for delivery to a Business or Corporate address MUST include the Business name on Address line 1 in the "Ship to" section of the order form.
 
-- All concerns regarding lost or stolen packages must be initiated by you and with the delivery contractor directly. Easy Living Health will always use FedEx, UPS or USPS, as our delivery contractors.
 
-- Orders to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses are sent by USPS Priority Mail only. an Easy Living Health Customer Service Representative will contact you if the shipping option you desire is not available.
 
-- Do not send large packages to apartment mail boxes, route boxes or heavily traveled areas by the general public.
 
-- Do not place a large order of any product you aren?t familiar with. Consider ordering 1 or 2 bottles first to make sure the product will work for you. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
 
-- There will be a 20% restocking fee within 2 weeks when the orders are processed and get ready to ship to you.
 
-- If you would like to cancel your orders, the e-mail correspondence is the only way. We DO NOT accept cancellation by phone. Please go through your order confirmation and reply. Your order will be cancelled accordingly. Please note, there will be a 20% restocking fee if the orders are cancelled within 2 weeks after the orders are placed
   

Expedited Shipping:
 
We do not have Overnight Delivery Service available. Express Mail shipping through the United States Postal Service is available to most areas and delivery can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days. Please note, selecting Express Mail Delivery does not guarantee your order will arrive to you overnight. Express Mail Shipping refers only to the actual shipping method used. Easy Living Health will need 1-3 Business Days to process an order, in addition to the Express Mail Delivery time provided.
 
If ordering the VSL#3 Probiotic, Express Mail shipping is required. This method of shipping ensures the live acid bacteria in VSL3 remain intact. If you do not choose this method of shipping when placing the order, a Customer Service Representative will contact you.
 
Email and Tracking:
 
We will email you a tracking number after the order has been processed. Not all orders will qualify for tracking. Email communications are used by Easy Living Health for confirmations of each order and updates regarding shipping, tracking (if applicable), and/or any alterations to an original order. Please ensure your email server continues to allow delivery of email's from Easy Living Health.
 
Back-ordered Items:
 
The time of shipment is determined by product availability. If an item is not available for any reason a Customer Service Representative will contact you by email with details and additional options. Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days to arrive. If the package does not arrive to your shipping address within 16 days from the date of your order, contact us immediately.
 
Damaged and/or Incorrect Products:
 
Should your package arrive damaged, it is always best to refuse the shipment from the delivery service. Email us at: Salesteam@easylivinghealth.com to report the damaged package. The original package and the damaged products must be kept for further inspection. We will immediately arrange to have the damaged products or package returned to our warehouse. In some case this may require you, our customer, to take the package to the Unites States Postal Service, for return to our warehouse. We will always provide postage, or postage in the form of a direct refund to the original credit card used for the original order, for the amount of the return postage. In all cases, a Return Authorization Number must first be obtained from our Customer Service Department, prior to you sending, and our acceptance of any return.
 
Prior to sending a replacement package to you, we may require you to participate in our damage claim with FedEx, UPS or The USPS. This process may include an onsite investigation by the carrier themselves or a United States Postal Investigator, who may provide assistance with claims including FedEx, UPS, and The USPS. Always retain the damaged package until we notify you that the claim has been processed - the carrier will often require the damaged package to process a claim.
 
If an incorrect product was sent to you, contact us within 1 business day and/or 24 hours to allow us the opportunity to rectify the mistake. Failure to notify us within the time frame stated, eliminates our ability to correct the problem.
 
International Shipping:
 
Please do not email us your credit card number. Contact us by email with your order information, Provide the information below and we will produce a shipping quote and detailed information on how to complete the transaction.

-- Product name, price and quantity desired.
 
-- Country where the product is to be shipped.
 
-- Preferred shipping method.
 
-- Do not email your credit card number. Information on how to complete in international transaction will be provided after your shipping quote is processed.

Inquiries can be emailed to salesteam@easylivinghealth.com. We will respond with a price quote for shipping your order to the country you designate. We accept international credit cards as payment. However, we may require payment in advance in the form of a money order or cashier's check, payable in US Dollars when shipping to certain countries.
 
Country Customs and Confiscation Policy
Due to individual country customs procedures, you are responsible for shipping and product costs once they leave our warehouse and are delivered to the United States Postal Service for delivery to your chosen address, regardless of whether you receive your package or not. Easy Living Health is not responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions regarding the legality of importing a particular product to your country. You alone are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply to the shipment of any products to your country. By law, we are obligated to report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. As a customer, you are responsible to comply with International, National or Local Laws regulating importation of products that you may purchase. It is entirely your responsibility to NOT order items that are illegal to import into your country. There is usually not an importation problem, but occasionally they occur. The risk is yours. You will be responsible for the entire package cost if it is seized and we do not get it back.
 
If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and or any additional shipping fees required or demanded by the Unites States Postal Service.
 
If an international order shipped by Easy Living Health is refused delivery by Custom Officials due to unauthorized ingredients, Easy Living Health is not to be held responsible for any losses or costs. If the shipment is abandoned you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. If we received a return of any shipment refused by customs authorities of any country, Easy Living Health will credit you for the value of the unopened and un-tampered products returned to our facilities in good condition. Refunds of international shipping charges incurred for the return of the shipment to our facility by the United States Postal Service, if any, will be charged to the original credit card used in the transaction.
  
Have a Return?
 
You will need to ship the product(s) back to us (at your cost) to receive a refund. In all cases, a Return Authorization Number must first be obtained from ourCustomer Service Department, prior to you sending, and our acceptance of, any return. Easy Living Health will charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items, and apply shipping charges to the original order if return a product and subtraction of the value of said product from the original order would subject the original order to shipping charges. The restocking fee can often be waived when the product is replaced with another product of equal or higher value, excluding shipping and taxes. Some products can not be easily exchanged as we are often subject to the same restocking fees by our suppliers. Shipping charges are never refundable. Easy Living Health will not issue any refunds on opened products.
 
Please note we do not accept any returns on opened, refrigerated or frozen items.

-- All returns must be sent to us with the postage pre-paid. Easy Living Health will provide shipping costs if we have sent you the wrong product. We do not make a penny on mistakes and work hard to avoid them. Please ensure you confirmation email contains accurate product and delivery information.
 
-- When ordering a new product which you are not personally familiar, we highly recommend you order enough product for you to evaluate the product. To order a six months supply of a product you are not confident will work for you simply to qualify for free shipping is a cost you assume when placing such an order.
 
-- After 15 days, there is no refund available. We need every order and every customer and like you, our customers expect fresh and uncompromised product. After a product has left our control and supervision, Easy Living Health can no longer guarantee the quality and care to which the product has been subject, and as such, Easy Living Health discards all returns and must record a loss. 15 days is our limit to which we will subject prior sales to possible loss.
 
-- Please review your order carefully and check for errors before submitting an order online. We suggest you not place a large order of any product you are not familiar with. Consider ordering only 1 or 2 bottles first to ensure the product will work for you. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and original shipping fees if original order qualified for free shipping.
 
-- If the product arrives to you damaged in any way, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please keep the damaged items in the original box for investigation.
   

Refunds will be issued to the credit card account used for purchase within 5 business days of return receipt. If purchase was made with a check or money order, a company check will be mailed within 10 business days of return receipt. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
 
Order the wrong product?
 
You will need to ship the product(s) back to us (at your cost) to receive an exchange or refund. In all cases, a Return Authorization Number must first be obtained from ourCustomer Service Department, prior to you sending, and our acceptance of, any return. Easy Living Health will charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. The restocking fee can often be waived when the product is replaced with another product of equal or higher value, excluding shipping and taxes. Some products can not be easily exchanged because we as retailers are often subject to the same restocking fees by our suppliers. Shipping charges are never refundable. Easy Living Health will not issue any refunds on opened products.
 
In some cases we may require you to send your return product with a Insurance and/or Signature Service. These services are generally available from The USPS and are utilized by Easy Living Health to protect ourselves and our customers interests while return package(s) are in transit to our facilities.
 
If you think you get the wrong items by error, please contact us immediately. Please DO NOT TRY TO OPEN WRONG PRODUCTS. We will try to fix this problem asap. If you open the wrong products, we will not be able to refund you.

Please note customers are responsible for the postage on return items. After receipt and approval for credit (within 48-72 hours), We will credit your account within 5 business days. The return process may take up to 2-4 business days of receipt of your return. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is suspicion of abuse or fraud as to part of our return and credit policy.

Refunds and Credits:

Easy Living Health will issue all refunds and credits to the original credit cards used in the original transaction. Although we may refund a transaction with our banking facilities on one day, these same charges may take 24-48 hours to appear on third party statements.
 
Delivery Determination :
 
All items purchased from Easy Living Health are made pursuant to a shipment contract. If an orders is shipped with a tracking number, both parties (The consumer and Easy Living Health) agree to use the shipping contractor's tracking information as the final determinant in assessing whether or not a package has been delivered. If we ship a package, and the tracking information provided by the shipping contractor shows that the package did not arrive to you, it remains our responsibility to get a replacement order to you. If the tracking information provided by the shipping contractor indicates that the package was delivered, then we will consider the order, and contract to deliver said order to you, as complete. This contract commences at the time of shipment. Please be sure that your address is correct.

Order Cancellations :
 
All cancellation must be done by email communication only. Cancellation via phone are not be acceptable. Orders which are cancelled by the customer and through no fault of Easy Living Health are subject to a 20% or $10.00, (whichever is greater), Cancellation Fee.
 
All orders incur banking fees process. Fees which are real and incurred immediately upon a customer clicking the submit button. These fees include a per transaction fee which all online retailers are subject. Additional fees include authorization fees which our banking institutions incur to access and verify the card holder has the funds and/or credit available to process a transactions. To cancel a transaction, our banking institutions incur additional fees to release the hold which is placed on each card holders funds upon successful submission of all orders. These are costs we are willing to except in processing successful orders. Fees for cancellation by the customers who have had a change of mind for any reason, are born by the customer through our 20% or $10.00, (whichever is greater), Cancellation Fee.
 
Orders which are cancelled by Easy Living Health due to product unavailability or prolonged delay will not incur a Cancellation Fee.
 
An Unsuccessful Charge-Back Fee of $45.00 will be levied and charged to the credit card used in the original transactional, if upon final determination and judgment, of original charges, by the issuing banking institutions and/or credit card company, to be in favor of Easy Living Health, wherein the original charge is allowed to stand and required to be paid by cardholder. Said charge of $45.00 is separate and in addition to the original order amount in dispute.



 

 
At Easy Living Health we actually handle each and every product we sell. Our products come from the manufacturers or product distributors directly. All products a guaranteed to be authentic and not generic or "look-alikes". Please choose your selections carefully as a 20% restocking fee applies to all returned product.

Individual products which have free shipping can not be combined with other products to qualify for free shipping unless the entire order is $99.00 or more. Free shipping is limited to orders delivered in the continental United States, not more than 3 pounds and does not apply to several frozen and or liquid products which in themselves require handling fees.
